What can I bring to coaching?

People come to coaching with all sorts of things.

No subject is off-limits, provided it doesn't involve breaking the law, or risk causing harm to yourself or others.

Whilst this is by no means an exhaustive list,

Coaching might be a great fit if you are:

  • Experiencing transition or change in your life or work.

  • Exploring a big idea, or a dream for the future.

  • Feeling stuck and ready to get moving again.

  • Keen to do some strategic thinking around a project you're working on.

  • Wanting to set some personal goals and work towards these with someone who will support and challenge you.

  • Facing an important decision - and wanting to unpack this with someone who isn't directly affected by whatever you decide, before you go back to talk to your people.
