More Good Weeks Day 5: Review
(3 minute edition)
This 5 day course has been all about having #moregoodweeks
So, how will you know if you've had one?
If you kept a note of your own top 3 'good week' criteria from Day 1, these may help you think about whether this week has been a 'good' week.
A simple weekly review is one way to look back at the end of the week, so you can see how your week has gone.
It's a great opportunity to see what's working really well, what might need changing, or tweaking, so it works better - and how you can integrate your learning into your plans for next week.
Q: OVER THE LAST 7 DAYS...
1. WHAT WENT WELL?...
2. WHAT DIDN'T GO SO WELL?...
3. ...SO, NEXT WEEK?...
eg. 1. You managed to get all your work done, so you didn't need to play catch up over the weekend. 2. You'd hoped to meet up with friends, but forgot to message them until after they'd made other arrangements. 3. Next week you're hoping to get together with another friend you've not seen for ages, but you're going to set a reminder on your phone to invite them early - and give them plenty of notice.
That's it. You're done. Congratulations on finishing #moregoodweeks.
