ie. What are you willing to make a priority in your diary, over the next 7 days.*
(*Just to keep things more than one dimensional, no more than ONE of the three can come from the area of life where you currently spend most of your time regularly.)
Q: WHAT '3 GOOD THINGS' WILL YOU HOLD SPACE FOR next WEEK?
eg. If spending quality time with family or friends is one of your main priorities - what does that mean for your diary? Will you put aside a slot (or more than one) to spend with someone who matters to you? It's time to take the next step, to make it happen. Why not send them an invitation to meet up?
